According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in early July, LLC "Saber Interactive SGS" began the process of its closure. This was noted by the Telegram channel "Sad Cyberpunk."

It is expected that the legal entity will cease to exist by July 25, 2026. The liquidation is being managed by the arbitration manager Elvira Konovalova.
Interestingly, the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities lists Embracer Group, the former parent company of Saber Interactive, as the full owner of LLC "Saber Interactive SGS," not Saber Interactive itself.
Saber Interactive announced its exit from Embracer Group back in March 2024. At that time, the Swedish holding announced its decision to close all of its subsidiaries in Russia.
It is possible that the current liquidation is merely part of the plans previously voiced by Embracer Group. If so, this is unlikely to affect the work of Russian employees of Saber Interactive. They have probably been transferred to other legal entities long ago.
