Spill Games is a young studio from India that develops casual mobile games. Recently, it secured investments in a seed funding round.
The funds for Spill Games were provided by venture capital firms Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. The studio plans to use the raised funds for the development of new games—although they are not ready to make any specific announcements yet, the team has ambitious plans. Over the next 18 months, they aim to test more than two dozen prototypes to ultimately select 5-10 potentially profitable projects.
Additionally, part of the investment will be used for further development of already released games and hiring additional staff.
Spill Games was founded in 2024 by former employees of Zynga and PlaySimple Games. Currently, the studio's portfolio includes five games: Zen Math Crossword, Sticker by Number, Cozy Finds, Grill Master, and Dragon Escape Jam. The studio has also developed its own engine and a set of analytical tools.
