The former design director of Cyberpunk 2077, Mateusz Kanik, together with several other CD PROJEKT RED veterans, has established a new game studio. It’s called Blank.
The developers are not yet ready to talk in detail about the studio’s first game. But they indicated that it would be a story in a post-apocalypse setting with an emphasis on characters and plot.
Now there are ten people in the Blank team. Among them are the former production director of CD PROJEKT RED, Jędrzej Mróz, and the former executive producer of CD PROJEKT RED, Marcin Efimov, who were previously responsible for Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3. In the future, Blank’s staff is planned to increase to 60 people.
