Online dynamics of The First Descendant on Steam

Among the games released in 2024, only four* games had higher online numbers on Steam — Palworld (2.1 million users), Helldivers 2 (458.7 thousand users), Last Epoch (264.7 thousand users), and Dragon’s Dogma 2 (228.5 thousand users).

Currently, The First Descendant has a "Mixed" rating on Steam. Only 43% of reviews are positive. Many players complain about optimization, the monetization system, and the game's significant similarities to Warframe and Destiny 2.
