One of the main points of the bill is the creation of a unified register of creative industry entities in Russia.

The bill also broadly outlines government support measures for creative industries. For example, the authorities want to improve the education system in creative fields and provide informational support. Various subsidies are also mentioned among the support measures.

Previously, the bill's authors noted that their initiative would accelerate the development of creative industries in Russia. The fact is that there are currently about 20 laws in the country that affect the work of creative industries. This leads to confusion in terms and increases bureaucracy.

Now, the bill must be signed by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
