The staff at Spiders studio, which is preparing for the early access release of GreedFall II, managed to improve their working conditions through a strike. The management has agreed to meet their demands on several points.

Specifically, Spiders' management agreed to retroactively increase the minimum salary by 11%. As a result, the average employee salary rose by 3%.
Additionally, the studio decided to improve their remote work policy and conduct an audit of working conditions.
Notably, in media statements, top managers at Spiders continue to dismiss the accusations made by striking developers as false. Game Developer portal suggests that the studio might sue for defamation if new accusations emerge later.
Spiders is a subsidiary of Nacon. Earlier this week, employees of another Nacon subsidiary, Kylotonn studio, announced they are facing similar issues and will strike alongside their colleagues from Spiders. Whether they achieved any changes remains unknown.
