Tryll Engine is a young platform that allows developers to embed neural networks into games and run AI solutions directly on gamers' devices. Recently, its creators successfully completed a pre-seed funding round.
It has been reported that the venture firm Early Game Ventures invested in the creators of Tryll Engine. The startup plans to use the funds for the development and scaling of the platform.
“AI takes gaming interaction to a new level—characters and worlds can truly understand the gamer and instantly react to their actions. The hitch is that the AI behind all of this is hard to create and run, and that’s exactly what we do at Tryll Engine. We handle everything AI-related so developers can focus on what only they can do—designing mechanics, inventing genres, working with prompts, and systems instead of infrastructure,” stated Tryll Engine CEO Alexander Glotov.
As a result of the funding round, Tryll Engine's market valuation reached $6 million.
Simultaneously, the creators of Tryll Engine announced the start of a closed alpha test. They revealed that six companies are currently participating in the testing, having the opportunity to experiment with the platform’s preliminary features. The full release date for Tryll Engine is not yet announced, but it is expected to occur by the end of 2026.
