In light of the upcoming release of Priest Simulator: Vampire Show, its developers have announced that they do not plan to support the game in the future. It has been in Steam's early access since October 2022.

According to the team, it is pointless to perfect the game by endlessly fixing bugs. Instead, they have chosen to shift their focus to other projects.

On the game's Steam page, the developers published the following statement: "Please don't report any more issues—games don't have to be perfect. Let's not be perfectionists. It's better to focus on being good people, enjoying the little things, watching Netflix, etc. That's what really matters. And if occasionally a car falls through the map or there's a typo somewhere, who cares? Let it be as it is."

Along with the game, a paid expansion, Priest Simulator: Her Ghost, will be released. Players are encouraged to view its purchase as a form of support—"as if you were buying the developers a beer or a cup of coffee."

Priest Simulator: Vampire Show is a satirical shooter with a storyline set in a small provincial town, where players take on the role of a priest with his own share of secrets.

The game is set to be released on December 5 for PC.
