Skibidi Toilet is a meme YouTube series about singing toilets with human heads. Garry Newman, the creator of the sandbox game Garry’s Mod, stated that his project was recently accused of copyright violation due to the presence of games inspired by Skibidi Toilet, created from the same assets as the series.

Notably, Skibidi Toilet itself is made not from original assets but from Valve's Half-Life assets. These assets also formed the basis of Garry’s Mod.

According to a screenshot published by Newman, the DMCA complaint against Garry’s Mod was filed by the film company Invisible Narratives, led by director Michael Bay and former Paramount Pictures president Adam Goodman. Last week, it was reported that they plan to create a full series and movie based on Skibidi Toilet. Apparently, Invisible Narratives wants to secure all rights to the images from Skibidi Toilet.

Invisible Narratives has not publicly commented on the DMCA complaint. The creator of Skibidi Toilet, Alexey Gerasimov, known as DaFuq!?Boom!, stated that he is not involved and is as surprised as Newman.
