On the morning of June 13, the Swedish holding Embracer Group announced a restructuring and immediately reshuffled its management. He announced that one of the founders of Saber Interactive, Matthew Karch, is stepping down as CEO of the company.

Karh will continue to work at Embracer Group, but in a different position. He was appointed Interim Chief Operating Officer of the holding. Together with Phil Rogers, CEO of the Crystal Dynamics – Eidos group, he will lead the restructuring process.

The new CEO of Saber Interactive will be Andrey Iones, another co-founder of Saber Interactive. He will move to this position from the post of the company’s chief operating officer.
