Portal dev.by compared how much IT companies founded by Belarusians or which have an office in Belarus earn in Lithuania. The unequivocal leader was Melsoft, the owner of mobile games Family Island and MyCafe.
Last month, employees of the Lithuanian office of Melsoft earned an average of €38.9 thousand. According to dev.by, the amount was so huge because of the bonuses, since in January and February the average salary was “only” about €8 thousand. But even so, it’s more than the rest of the companies.
Belka Games also got to the 11th line of the salary rating. Its employees received an average of €4,15 thousand in March.
