Kabam has conducted a new round of layoffs. This time, the Canadian company has reduced 12% of the staff as part of the restructuring.

According to reports on LinkedIn, the layoffs affected employees from the departments of testing, design, animation and working with game services.

Like many other studios, Kabam explained the layoffs by problems in the global economy and the difficult situation in the gaming industry. She hopes that she will now be able to increase the financial flexibility of the company.

Recall that in November last year Kabam laid off 7% of employees. That’s 35 people.
