In Russia, the “Russian Association of Distributors and Importers of Video Games” or abbreviated “R.A.D.I. Video Games” has officially started. Yasha Haddazhi, the former head of the Russian division of Nintendo, became the president of the organization.

The aim of the association is to improve the situation on the console market in Russia. To do this, it will, in particular, support the legal import of games into the country.

Also, R.A.D.I. Video Games has developed its own design of stickers for marking video games. They indicate not only age restrictions, but also the presence or absence of localization into Russian.

The “R.A.D.I. of Video Games” includes such companies as “Achivka” (it is also headed by Haddazhi), diHouse, DNS, Buka, GamePark and EMSI.

It should be noted that formally the association has been working for at least several months. According to Rusprofile, “R.A.D.I. Video Games” was registered on May 11, 2023.
