On July 13, Tencent released Arena Breakout, a mobile loot shooter in the spirit of Escape from Tarkov. It is reported that the number of registered users in the game recently exceeded 80 million people.
Now Tencent ranks Arena Breakout among one of its most successful new products. On the day of release, Arena Breakout took first place in the chart of the most downloaded games on the App Store in more than 100 countries.
Arena Breakout revenue is not officially disclosed. According to the AppMagic analytical service, the game has earned $49.17 million to date. Almost the entire amount came from China — $47.9 million. The second and third largest markets were the USA ($431.4 thousand) and Thailand ($260.5 thousand).
