Telltale Games has become the owner of the British studio Flavourworks, specializing in games in the interactive cinema format. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, Flavourworks CEO Zachary Slatter will become Managing Director of Telltale Games in Europe.

Thanks to the deal, Telltale Games gained access to the TouchVideo engine. It allows you to make games in which gamers can interact with frames from videos. In turn, Flavourworks can now count on the creative and publishing resources of Telltale Games.

Flavourworks was founded in 2015 in London. She has worked on titles such as Erica, HUSH – Crane and Cuttlefish.
