The Nintendo game outperformed Hogwarts Legacy in sales, despite a later release limited to just one platform.

▫️The Legend Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released in May, and Hogwarts Legacy – in February;
▫️the release of Tears of the Kingdom took place only on the Nintendo Switch, and the Warner Bros. project Games was released on five platforms.
This data was shared by GfK Entertainment. It tracks physical retail sales in 18 European countries. And in nine of them, the first place was just for Link’s new adventures.
FIFA 23 also entered the top 3 in terms of sales.
