Take-Two Interactive has reported the results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. The company discussed a significant increase in losses and revealed the release window for GTA VI.

- Take-Two's annual revenue remained nearly unchanged from the previous year, totaling $5.35 billion.
- Net bookings for the year increased by 1% to $5.33 billion.
- Net losses grew to $3.74 billion, compared to $1.12 billion in losses reported the prior year.
- Mobile games remained the company's most lucrative platform, accounting for 51% of Take-Two's revenue. Console games took second place with a 41% share, followed by PC games with an 8% share.
- The most successful games included NBA 2K23 and 2K24, GTA Online, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, Red Dead Online, Toon Blast, Empires & Puzzles, Merge Dragons!, Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, and various mobile hyper-casual titles.
- Take-Two plans to release 40 games by March 31, 2027. In its previous report, the company mentioned plans for 52 games. During an investor presentation, Take-Two President Karl Slatoff confirmed that some games were canceled but emphasized that they were not part of key franchises. However, this does not mean all 12 games were canceled; some may have been postponed.
- Take-Two officially announced that GTA VI will be released in the fall of 2025. The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

- NBA 2K series — 149 million copies.
- BioShock series — 43 million copies.
- Sid Meier’s Civilization series — 71 million copies.
- Zynga's hyper-casual game downloads exceeded 3.5 billion. As of March 31, 2024, the most downloaded games were Hair Challenge — 260 million, Tangle Master 3D — 187 million, High Heels! — 162 million, and Fill The Fridge — 129 million.
