The Star Citizen space simulator has reached a new milestone. According to the latest data, Cloud Imperium Games has already raised $551.6 million for the development of the game.
Star Citizen crossed the $500 million milestone last September. Since then, about 300 thousand more people have participated in the crowdfunding campaign – a total of 4.42 million people have donated funds for the creation of the game to date.
The release date of Star Citizen is still unknown. Recall that Cloud Imperium Games has been working on a space simulator for 13 years.
