The Spotify music service has made its first gaming purchase. He acquired Heardle, a puzzle inspired by the acclaimed word game Wordle. In it, you have to guess the song by the initial notes from six attempts.

As Spotify explained, the purchase fits into plans to enhance interactivity on the platform. He also believes that Heardle can become a tool for finding new music.

The service promised that Heardle will remain free. So far, only users from the USA, Great Britain, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be able to play, but later the title will be available in other countries.
