Players who bought Atomic Heart in VK Play are dissatisfied with the work of the platform. They complain massively on social networks about constant errors and low download speed.
Users write that the download speed of the game file from time to time drops to several Kb / s, and sometimes even drops to zero. VK Play writes to some players that at this rate they will have to download Atomic Heart for up to 60 days. However, other players write that on average the game is installed at a speed of about 7 MB / s.
Another frequent complaint is that the game disappears from the library, and users basically cannot run it. Also, one of the players complained that he could not contact the support service — this cannot be done without logging in to the platform, and authorization does not work.
VK Play has not commented on the situation yet.
Meanwhile, the peak online Atomic Heart on Steam reached 38,469 people and continues to grow.
