The initiator of the lawsuit is human rights activist Alex Neill. She claims that the company abused its position in the market, imposed a 30% commission on developers and inflated prices in the PS Store. As a result, over the past six years Sony has "robbed" 9 million gamers.
The lawsuit was filed in court in the UK. Sony has not yet commented on what happened.
