Employees of the Russian division of Game Insight appealed to the court, Kommersant reports. They have not received a salary since the end of June, when it became known about the studio’s plans to leave Russia.
According to employees, the company is aware of the claims, but does not make payments because it “has no funds in the accounts.”
The Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation have already begun a preliminary investigation into Game Insight.
