The mobile publisher SayGames seems to have finally decided to close its Belarusian division. The company has initiated the liquidation process of its regional legal entity LLC “Kazhyhulni”.
According to the portal dev.by, referencing the “Kartoteka” service, the liquidation began on June 19. Similar information is also mentioned in the unified state register of legal entities of Belarus here.
This is not the first time SayGames has liquidated a Belarusian legal entity. In 2022, it closed another Belarusian LLC — “SayGames”. At that time, the company assured that it did not plan to completely leave the country or exit the Belarusian HTP (High Tech Park)—its resident remained LLC “Kazhyhulni”.
SayGames has not publicly commented on the liquidation of LLC “Kazhyhulni”.
