The Public Investment Fund (PIF) from Saudi Arabia has once again invested in Electronic Arts (EA). At the beginning of the year, he bought 8.8 million shares of the company, increasing his stake in it to 9%.

The purchase became known from the fund’s report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). How much PIF spent on the shares is not reported.

PIF has invested in EA for at least the fourth time. It is known that at the end of 2020, he bought 7.4 million shares for $ 1.1 billion and another 6.8 million shares for an unknown amount in the first quarter of 2021 – after that he owned 5% of EA. A few months ago, he increased his share to 5.8%.
