Developers from Studio MDHR have announced that The Delicious Last Course add-on for Cuphead has received a “double platinum” status. In four and a half months since the release, the DLC has sold 2 million copies.

How things are with the sales of Cuphead itself is not explained. The last time Studio MDHR reported on the platformer’s performance was in July 2020. Then the developers reported that the circulation of Cuphead exceeded 6 million copies.
