Developers from Ironwood Studios announced that the car survival game Pacific Drive has sold over 600,000 copies worldwide. It took the game just under five months to reach this milestone — Pacific Drive was released on February 22, 2024, for PC and PlayStation 5.

Ironwood Studios CEO Alex Dracott stated that the studio did not expect to achieve such high results. He thanked the players, noting that it would have been impossible without their support.
Ironwood Studios also announced the release of a major update for Pacific Drive. The update adds a photo mode, a performance mode on PlayStation, improvements for the garage, and new "cosmetic" items.
