Gamble With Your Friends is a cooperative game that developers from the Swedish team TEAM GWYF refer to as a "casino crawler." According to the plot, a group of friends heads off to play mini-games in a casino: they share a single bank account, so if someone loses, the debt also becomes collective.
The game was released on Steam on May 1, 2026, and quickly gained popularity. Here's how its sales trajectory looks right now:

The ratings are also favorable. Gamble With Your Friends has received 8,800 reviews, 89% of which are positive—equivalent to a "very positive" rating. As for peak online players, it initially reached 42,800 people. A month after release, the excitement has slightly declined, and the number of concurrent players in Gamble With Your Friends now averages around 11-14,000 people.
In a message regarding the 2 million copies sold, TEAM GWYF thanked the audience and admitted they hadn't expected such success. This entire situation seems unreal to the studio, considering there are "millions" of other games on the market.
