Saber Interactive sued Oovee Game Studios, which in 2014 released an off-road driving simulator Spintires. She accused the publisher of slander. Earlier, he stated that Saber Interactive violated the agreement concluded between them and owed “tens of millions of dollars.”

Briefly recall. In 2016, Oovee Game Studios granted Saber Interactive a license, under which she received the right to make improvements to Spintires and later developed two sequels — MudRunner and SnowRunner.

According to Oovee Game Studios, according to the terms of the agreement, she is owed 25% of the revenue from the sale of titles. That’s just Saber Interactive allegedly refuses to pay them. The company points out that the Russian developer Pavel Zagrebelny, who was and remains an employee of Saber Interactive, was engaged in the creation of Spintires.

Also, the companies could not agree on who owns the rights to the soundtrack and various trademarks associated with the game.
