The Game Insight scandal has a new twist. On February 21, the Russian Game Insight appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court and demanded that the Lithuanian company pay her 154.3 million rubles.
This is reported by TASS with reference to the file of arbitration cases. According to the agency, the Game Insight statement has not yet been accepted for production.
The reasons for filing the lawsuit are not publicly disclosed.
Recall that in June last year it became known that Game Insight had started the liquidation procedure. Three months later, on October 20, 2022, she was declared bankrupt. The total debt of the company as of November was 142.7 million rubles. Of this amount, 76.2 million rubles are outstanding obligations to creditors, and 66.5 million rubles are salary and severance pay arrears.
