The Hungarian studio Nemesys Games may have become part of ZeniMax Media and now operates under the name ZeniMax Online Studios Hungary. Twitter user bogorad222 noticed a mention of this on LinkedIn.
It is not known exactly when the transaction took place. As bogorad222 pointed out, it began to be talked about online only in April 2023. However, according to the data from the register of companies, ZeniMax Online Studios Hungary was opened in 2022. The companies themselves have not publicly announced the deal.
ZeniMax Online Studios Hungary is headed by Szabolcs Jozsa, the former CEO and founder of Nemesys Games.
Nemesys Games was founded in 2005. She helped with the development of Elder Scrolls Online and a number of unannounced ZeniMax Online Studios projects.
