Developer Steve Moser noticed a hint in the Netflix code about the company’s plans to release games on televisions. Now they can only be run on mobile devices.
Judging by the findings in the code, Netflix will offer to use a smartphone as a controller. How exactly this will be implemented is not specified.
Netflix representatives declined to comment on the media rumors.
Recall that Netflix added games to its subscription in 2021. Now there are over 50 titles in the library of the platform, by the end of the year the company plans to double their number.
