In January, Playtika announced its desire to acquire Rovio. Today, the Finnish company confirmed that it is negotiating a sale.
This became known from the official appeal of Rovio to investors. According to him, the board of directors conducts a strategic analysis of such an opportunity and communicates with various companies, one of which is Playtika.
Important: the letter clarifies that the ongoing negotiations are preliminary and non-binding. They do not guarantee that the parties will be able to agree and that the company will be sold at all.
