Rollic Games, part of Zynga (which itself is part of Take-Two), was joined by the German developer and publisher Popcore Games. The amount and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The management of Rollic Games noted in a press release that they appreciate the desire of Popcore Games to experiment and hope that together the companies will be able to create more successful games.
Popcore Games was founded in 2018 in Berlin. Her portfolio includes games such as Parking Jam 3D, Pull the Pin, Scavenger Hunt and Tap Away. The total number of downloads of all the company’s projects exceeds 500 million.
