Roblox reported its second-quarter 2024 results for the period ending June 30. The company discussed its revenue and audience growth as well as a reduction in losses.

  • Compared to last year, Roblox's quarterly revenue increased by 31% to $893.5 million. More than half of that amount ($565.9 million) was earned in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Roblox's bookings grew by 22% to $955.2 million.
  • Net loss to common stockholders was $205.9 million. A year ago, it was $282.7 million.
  • The number of daily active users (DAU) reached 79.5 million, a 21% increase from last year.
  • Average bookings per daily active user (ABPDAU) increased by 1% to $12.
  • During the quarter, Roblox users spent a total of 17.4 billion hours on the platform, a 24% increase.
