Another gaming company decided that its employees do not have to be in the office all the time. Roblox announced that now, if desired, teams can sometimes work from home. But there are several conditions.
Employees living in San Mateo must come to the office three times a week – from Tuesday to Thursday. Two months a year they can work wherever they want;
employees from other cities must visit the office at least once a quarter, and employees from other countries will have to come for a week a year. Roblox promises to help with accommodation and flight.
