The creators of League of Legends have announced that they are ready to give $6 million to charities. How much money specific companies will receive depends on the users of Riot Games.
Riot Games intends to make donations to 84 organizations from 28 countries. According to the studio, until December 22, every gamer can vote for one of the three organizations in their chosen country — the company that collected the most votes will take 50% of the amount that Riot Games allocated for this region. The two remaining organizations will receive 25% of the amount.
Note that there are no organizations from CIS countries, including Russia, in the list of Riot Games.
