Last week, the authors Alan Wake and Control officially announced the opening of the first foreign office. It is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
However, apparently, this office is temporary. In its message, Remedy indicated that the permanent Swedish office will be ready only by the spring of 2023.
Remedy talked about plans to get a studio in Sweden last November. Then the company stated that the Swedish office would open in the first half of 2022, and by the end of the year it would employ about 25 people.
