Quantic Dream has a new publishing division — Spotlight. The company presented its first games under this label at the opening ceremony of Summer Game Fest.
Spotlight’s debut project will be the underwater adventure Under the Waves from Parallel Studio. It will be released on August 29. Sometime in 2023, the isometric action Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior from Sand Door Studio will also be released, the heroine of which is able to clone herself.
Spotlight will support the studios, starting from the stage of creating the concept of the game. She promises to help with both financing and marketing, as well as with development. Studios will be able to consult specialists from Quantic Dream and use the company’s technical infrastructure, including motion capture equipment.
