The French publisher PulluP Entertainment (formerly Focus Entertainment) acquired a minority stake in two indie studios. The company invested in Uppercut Games, the developer of City of Brass and Submerged: Hidden Depths, as well as in Rundisc, the creator of Chants of Sennaar.

The cost of the acquisition has not been disclosed.

PulluP Entertainment also announced that it will publish the studios' upcoming games. The details of the projects are not revealed, but it is known that both Uppercut Games and Rundisc are working on new IPs.
