Plans for Playtika to wind down its business in Belarus became known back in January. At that time, dev.by, citing company employees, reported that Playtika had decided to close its Minsk office and offered relocation to its employees. According to journalists, the office was indeed closed at the beginning of March. For some time, remaining employees in the country could work remotely, but on April 30, Playtika removed this option.

How many people lost their jobs as a result of Playtika's decision to leave Belarus is unknown. It was previously estimated that there could be about 150.
