Azerion Group has announced that it is selling the Youda Games gaming portfolio to Playtika. The maximum size of the transaction is €150 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, initially Playtika will pay Azerion Group €81.3 million. Later, Playtika will transfer up to €68.7 million to the company, depending on the performance of the games.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of September 2023.
Youda Games is a developer and publisher of social casino games. His projects are released on PC and smartphones. In the list of the most famous of them are MONOPOLY Poker and Governor of Poker 3.
