The founder of WN Media Group and gaming industry veteran, Pavel Ryakhkonen, has announced work on launching an investment syndicate called GameXCap, which is focused on funding promising gaming projects.

According to Ryakhkonen, the syndicate is currently in the early stages of formation. Work is underway on its structure and the initial selection of investment opportunities.

“Yes, indeed, I am currently working on launching this project. The primary area of interest is promising gaming projects,” commented Ryakhkonen.

Ryakhkonen explained that he decided to launch GameXCap in response to the growing gap in the market. There are many developers with interesting ideas, but they often lack the opportunity to seek funding and expert assistance, while potential investors do not have enough time to sort through and find projects. The syndicate aims to address this issue.

While all the details of GameXCap's operations are not yet disclosed, it is known that the syndicate will be involved in creating a deal flow for investors, selecting projects, and supporting teams during their development and entry into international markets. To achieve this, it will leverage access to WN Media Group's infrastructure and the global industrial network in general.

The project envisions operating as a curated syndicate with a limited number of participants and a focus on high-quality selection of investment opportunities.

As a reminder, Pavel Ryakhkonen began working in the gaming industry over 20 years ago. Since the 2000s, he has participated in the creation and development of several significant projects, including the game developer and publisher Nevosoft, the series of international conferences known as WN Conferences (also known as White Nights), and WN Media Group—a global B2B ecosystem for the gaming industry that brings together events, media, and services for the professional community.
