A representative of Owlcat Games told about this in the official Discord studio. He recalled that in 2019, the creators of Pathfinder: Kingmaker withdrew from MY.GAMES and lost the rights to the game.
The developer noted that Owlcat Games has no way to regain the rights to Pathfinder: Kingmaker — at least for now.
