The strategy game Crusader Kings III is celebrating its fourth anniversary. On this occasion, Paradox Interactive announced that in the past year, 1,567,446 new players have experienced Crusader Kings III.

The total number of people who have played Crusader Kings III to date is not disclosed. As of September 2023, the strategy game’s sales amounted to 3 million copies.
Paradox Interactive also shared that over the four years of the game's existence, gamers worldwide have spent more than 225.87 million hours in Crusader Kings III. Players most frequently started their campaigns in Britain, France, and Scandinavia.
Crusader Kings III was released on September 1, 2020, for PC. On March 29, 2022, the game was also launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles.
