The conference for game developers and publishers "Game Industry" is returning to Belarus. It will be held in the country's capital in two months. We’ll tell you how it's going to be and who has already confirmed their participation.
  The event will take place at a new venue—the modern business-class hotel “Renaissance Minsk,” which is located in the city center near the railway station and subway at 1E Dzerzhinsky Avenue. In line with tradition, the "Game Industry" will last one day across three tracks. It is expected that about 35-40 speakers from various areas of game development will share their expertise, experience, and case studies. It is already known that the conference will feature lectures and round tables with speakers such as:
  • Denis Pozdnyakov, co-founder of Contrast Games;
  • Vasily Ovchinnikov, CEO of RVV;
  • Pyotr Salnikov, founder of Book Burner Games and popular media maker;
  • Daniel Kolesnikov, business development manager at HeroCraft;
  • Vladimir Gerasimov, audio director at Axlebolt;
  • Editors of iXBT.games Vitaly Kazunov and Mikhail Shkredov.
These are the first confirmed speakers. We will provide detailed information about the program closer to April in a separate extensive publication. As always, the "Game Industry" will also feature an expo with a large exhibition of indie projects (applications can already be submitted through the form on the website). The conference will also host an Indie Pitch presentation and review session for games from independent developers. During this, young teams will have the opportunity to personally showcase their games to experts and, importantly, receive feedback (projects will be selected separately for the pitch). Recall that all exhibitors and pitchers receive a free ticket to the conference. If your application is approved, this means automatic receipt of one ticket to the event. For other guests, entry will be paid. Ticket prices for the event start at 200 euros. This is the price of a standard ticket. A premium ticket, which includes lunch and a buffet, will cost more—300 euros. Prices will increase closer to the event.
