The money was given by the Games Fund One fund, which was launched last month by the venture capital company Andreessen Horowitz.
Recall that Omni Creator Products is a startup that opened at the end of 2021 under the leadership of people from Epic Games. He is currently working on two projects: a highly specialized sandbox for creating UGC games, codenamed Creator Lab, and a more advanced Muse platform, which should give users more development tools.
At the moment, there are about 20 people in the Omni Creator Products team. Among them are former employees of Valve, id Software, Roblox, ArenaNet, Bungie, Electronic Arts and Sledgehammer Games.
