The Financial Times newspaper published a list of the top 1,000 European companies with the fastest revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. Among these, three gaming companies were highlighted: Nitro Games, CrazyGames, and Matchingham Games.
Raids of Glory
Among them, Nitro Games performed the best. This Finnish mobile studio, which has developed games like NERF: Superblast, Raids of Glory, and Autogun Heroes, ranked 254th on the list. According to the Financial Times, Nitro Games' revenue surged by 654.9% over the three years. In 2020, the Finnish company earned €1.17 million, which increased to €8.84 million by 2023.
The browser games platform CrazyGames secured the 357th position, with its revenue growing by 482.6%, from €2.9 million to €16.9 million.
Matchingham Games was placed much lower on the list at 688th position. This British company, which develops and publishes mobile games, increased its revenue by 241.5% during the period tracked — rising from €12.1 million to €41.4 million.
It is worth noting that in the previous list by the Financial Times, which covered the period from 2019 to 2022, there were two gaming companies featured. Again, CrazyGames appeared (ranking 610th with a revenue growth of 268.3%), along with the Lithuanian studio SneakyBox (ranking 692nd with a revenue growth of 236.5%).
