The complaint was filed anonymously. It affected not only the American Nintendo, but also the recruitment agency Aston Carter.
According to Axios, the complaint uses rather vague wording. Anonymous claims that the companies have established some “coercive rules”. Also, Nintendo of America and Aston Carter fired or otherwise punished an employee for probably discussing working conditions or trying to organize a union.
Nintendo of America received a similar complaint in April.
