Nikolay Dybowski no longer works at Ice-Pick Lodge. The studio announced his resignation on social media.

According to the official statement by Ice-Pick Lodge, Dybowski wanted to focus on his other projects and personal life. The studio did not specify what exactly he would be working on.
Ice-Pick Lodge added that Dybowski made his decision several months ago. Since then, his responsibilities have been distributed among other leaders, and this process has recently been completed. The studio emphasized that Peter Potapov and Ayrat Zakirov will remain as the heads of Ice-Pick Lodge and the "pillars of Pathologic 3 development."
Dybowski founded Ice-Pick Lodge in 2002. Under his supervision, the studio released the first two parts of Pathologic, Tension, The Void, and several other games.
At the end of 2024, Dybowski was at the center of a scandal. His former wife accused the developer of child abduction and domestic violence.
