The Chinese giant NetEase continues to expand into the international market. The company has announced the opening of its first Spanish studio. It is located in Barcelona.
NetEase did not share many details in the announcement, noting only that the studio team included “well-known game developers for consoles, PCs and smartphones.” Judging by the text of vacancies on LinkedIn, employees of the Spanish office will work on an “innovative 3D action game” on Unreal Engine 5.
